Multi-axis Servo-coordinated Positioning: The equipment utilizes multiple servo axes (X, Y, Z, U, A, etc.). The X and Y axes precisely locate the tufting holes on the brush handle; the Z axis switches the brush body being processed; the U axis manages the switching of different-colored bristles; and the A axis adjusts the tufting angle. The spindle speed directly determines tufting efficiency, reaching up to 1,000 tufts per minute.
Core Head Operations: Using a linkage and cam mechanism, the machine head sequentially performs bristle picking, wire cutting, wire forming, and wire binding. It then inserts the folded bristles-secured by a wire anchor-into the brush handle hole, relying on the deformation of the wire to lock the bristles in place and prevent them from falling out.
Advanced Model Capabilities: Five-axis tufting machines enable tufting at any angle in 3D space with a repeatability precision better than ±0.02mm, meeting the complex tufting requirements of irregularly shaped or curved brush heads. Some models are equipped with AI vision systems to automatically correct hole position deviations.
