The double-sided shaping machine directly addresses this by employing two independent copying templates and cutting heads that work in unison. The operator clamps the workpiece once, and both sides are milled simultaneously, eliminating the need for a second setup or tool realignment.

Instead of simply adding an extra cutter, the engineering team focused on synchronising the two spindles so that the templates move in perfect harmony. Their extensive cutting-parameter database-covering poplar, birch, pine, and other species-allows them to recommend appropriate feed rates and spindle speeds based on the wood type and handle design.
Precision components such as guide rails and spindle housings are machined in-house using CNC equipment, providing the mechanical rigidity needed for accurate synchronised motion. Before leaving the factory, every machine undergoes a test run with actual handle blanks to verify that the two sides are cut to identical dimensions and that the symmetry meets quality standards. This real-workpiece validation is far more reliable than purely mechanical inspection.
For customers who have their own handle designs, the machine is not limited to standard templates. They can send a sample, and the company will manufacture a customised double-sided template that replicates the exact profile. Free sample trials are available before ordering, allowing buyers to confirm the shaping result with their own materials and drawings-especially useful when the profile has critical symmetry tolerances.
The factory is well-equipped with CNC lathes, sawing machines, and machining centres, enabling full in-house production from components to assembly. The minimum order is one unit.
