Main Machine Body Materials

304 Stainless Steel: The preferred material for mainstream models; it is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Widely used in equipment for manufacturing brushes for food processing and fruit/vegetable washing, it meets sanitary production standards.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel: Often used for vertical or heavy-duty brush manufacturing equipment; it offers high strength and resistance to deformation, making it suitable for continuous, heavy-load operations.

Standard Carbon Steel: Used for the frames of some economical models; surfaces are treated with anti-rust coatings. It is cost-effective and commonly used for the standard production of general industrial brushes.

Core Component Materials
Pure Copper Motor: Standard equipment for polishing and precision tufting machines; it provides stable power output and high durability, ensuring reliable high-speed operation over long periods.
45# Round Steel:A common material for the shafts of brush rollers; in applications requiring rust prevention, this is often replaced with all-stainless steel shafts to avoid corrosion.
Engineering Plastics (PP/PA): Materials frequently used for auxiliary positioning and protective structural components; they are lightweight and resistant to acids and alkalis, making them suitable for production stages involving chemical exposure.
