Pre-installation Preparation
Site Verification: Place the equipment on a level, solid surface, ensuring at least 1 meter of clearance on all sides for operation and maintenance. Maintain an ambient temperature between -10°C and 50°C, and avoid areas with high temperatures, excessive dust, or corrosive gases.
Tools and Materials: Prepare a level, torque wrench, shielded signal cables, standard-compliant power cables, and rubber anti-vibration washers; verify the parts list to ensure nothing is missing.
Foundation Pre-check: Ensure floor flatness deviation is ≤±5mm per square meter and load-bearing capacity meets dynamic load requirements; mark installation reference lines in advance, keeping positioning deviation within ±2mm.
Equipment Positioning and Mechanical Securing
Use lifting equipment to steadily place the main unit onto the foundation; adjust its position against the reference lines, ensuring the deviation between the equipment centerline and the reference line is ≤±5mm.
Use shims to adjust the equipment's levelness, ensuring longitudinal and transverse leveling errors do not exceed 0.1/1000; once leveled and shimmed, tighten the anchor bolts.
Install the controller in a location with minimal vibration; place rubber anti-vibration washers between the controller and the mounting plate, and secure it firmly using the provided mounting hardware.
Assemble core components-such as the tufting head, bristle feeding mechanism, and fixture station-in sequence; tighten bolts at all connection points to specified torque values and ensure clearances between moving parts meet design specifications.
