Cutting and Grinding Components
‌Carbide forming milling cutters/turning tools‌: Standard replacement interval is 300–500 hours (approx. 1.5–2 months); replace early if edge chipping exceeds 2mm in depth or if significant burrs appear on the machined surface.
‌Abrasive belts/grinding wheels‌: Standard replacement interval is 80–120 hours (approx. 1–2 weeks); replace immediately if there is extensive abrasive grain loss or if the surface roughness of the handle fails to meet standards after grinding.
‌Cut-off blades/trimming bits‌: Standard interval for high-carbon steel is 80–120 hours; tungsten steel alloy versions can last 300–400 hours; replacement is mandatory when the cutting edge thickness reaches ≥3.5mm.

Transmission and Support Components
‌Spindle bearings‌: Standard replacement interval is 2,000–3,000 hours (approx. 8–12 months); replace early if sharp, abnormal noises occur or if the operating temperature consistently exceeds 75°C.
‌Drive belts/chains‌: Standard replacement interval is 2,000–3,000 hours (approx. 4–6 months); replace immediately if slipping persists after tension adjustment or if teeth break.
‌Collets/chuck jaws‌: Standard replacement interval is 3,000–4,000 hours (approx. 12–16 months); regrind or replace if slippage occurs during clamping or if the handle's coaxiality exceeds tolerance limits.
