Daily Maintenance
Machine Cleaning: Immediately after use, use a high-pressure water gun or air gun to clear residual materials, metal chips, and dust from the equipment surface and brush rollers to prevent debris from jamming transmission components.
Basic Inspection: Check the emergency stop button and the stability of the power supply/air pressure; inspect brush filaments for significant shedding or entangled foreign objects; ensure the equipment operates without abnormal noise.
Lubrication Check: Inspect the lubrication system every 8 hours and replenish cutting fluid or lubricating oil promptly to prevent component damage caused by dry friction.
Weekly Maintenance
Wear-and-Tear Part Inspection: Thoroughly check brush filament wear; clean the circulating water filter and remove residual debris from the equipment chamber; calibrate brush roller radial runout (adjustment is required if it exceeds 0.1mm).
Transmission Component Maintenance: Check the waterproof seals on bearing housings; apply high-temperature grease to guide rails and pulleys; clean oil and dust accumulation from chains.
Precision Calibration: Adjust the tension of sanding belts or polishing wheels, ensuring the deflection (sag) at the center is controlled between 5–10mm to prevent slippage (if too loose) or strain on the roller shaft (if too tight).
Monthly Maintenance
Core Component Inspection: Check brush roller shaft end wear and transmission chain tension; calibrate spray water pressure or processing pressure to ensure operational precision meets standards.
Deep Cleaning: Remove detachable parts such as brush rollers and conveyor belts; soak and clean them with neutral detergent to thoroughly remove accumulated oil and stubborn stains.
Wear Assessment: Measure the remaining length of brush filaments; replace them promptly if wear exceeds one-third of the original length to avoid a decline in processing quality.
